- 臺灣粉彩畫協會簡介
臺灣粉彩畫協會成立於2010年5月1日，緣起於國立臺灣藝術教育館舉辦之「教師粉彩研習會」。擔任教席的旅美粉彩畫大師張哲雄教授，有感於臺灣粉彩藝術創作囿於資訊的缺乏，又沒有充沛的人才加以推廣，因此粉彩藝術在臺灣始終無法成為美術界的主流。於是號召歷屆參加研習會的教師學員，和一些對粉彩藝術有高度興趣的愛好者，加上藝術相關系所的學生，成立了「臺灣粉彩教師協會」，由張哲雄教授擔任首屆理事長。在其領導以及前國立臺灣藝術教育館吳祖勝館長的大力支持下，會務及相關活動陸續展開。
2013年本會理監事屆期改選，由陳玲銖女士擔任第二屆理事長，推舉張哲雄教授為創會榮譽理事長。為便於推廣粉彩藝術，廣招社會喜愛粉彩藝術人士加入，會員對象不再侷限於教師，經會員大會決議通過，內政部核准，本會正式更名為「臺灣粉彩畫協會」。2016年陳玲銖女士連任第三屆理事長，2019年三月屆期改選由蕭碧霜女士繼任第四屆理事長，2022年連任第五屆理事長，2025年三月卸任，由沈建德先生繼任第六屆理事長。
本會成立以來便以「國際化」為目標。除了積極於國內舉辦會員聯展、粉彩研習、藝術講座、戶外寫生及作品交流，讓會員畫藝精進外，於2012～2020年間共舉辦了4次「國際粉彩畫家邀請展」，邀請全球，包括美國、加拿大、法國、西班牙、義大利、波蘭、俄羅斯、以色列、日本、新加坡、中國大陸、莫里斯及本會會員等粉彩畫家提供精品展出，這個活動在臺灣是極難得的藝術盛會，獲得美術界很大的迴響。
除了會員聯展、國際粉彩畫家邀請展外，從2012年起與日本淡彩畫協會合作，連續13年舉「台日繪畫交流展」。2015年6月前往日本東京都品川區民藝廊，舉辦了首次的海外台日繪畫交流展，並於2019、2024年再度於東京舉辦。2017～2025年連續接受日本蒼騎會之邀請，參加在日本東京國立新美術館的蒼騎展及東京都美術館的秋季蒼騎展，均受到極高的評價。
未來本會將持續秉持熱誠、積極、完美的服務精神，做好會員服務，舉辦各項展覽，積極推廣粉彩藝術，使其在台灣美術界佔有一席之地。
- Pastel Association of Taiwan- Introduction
The Pastel Association of Taiwan was officially established on May 1, 2010. Its origin traces back to a “Pastel Workshop for Teachers” held by the National Taiwan Arts Education Center. The workshop was led by Professor Jason Chang, a renowned pastel artist based in the United States. Realizing the lack of information and promotional efforts for pastel art in Taiwan, and the limited number of professional pastel artists, Professor Chang initiated the founding of the ” Taiwanese Teachers Pastel Society ” with participants of the workshop, pastel enthusiasts, and students from art-related fields. He served as the founding president, and under his leadership, along with strong support from former Director Wu Tsu-Sheng of the Arts Education Center, the association began its activities. In 2013, a new board was elected, and Ms. Nancy Yang succeeded as the second president, while Professor Chang was appointed as the honorary founding president. To broaden public participation and promote pastel art to a wider audience, the association opened its membership to the general public. With approval from the Ministry of the Interior, it was officially renamed the Pastel Association of Taiwan. Nancy Yang continued as the third-term president in 2016. In March 2019, Ms. Pi-Shuang Hsiao became the fourth president and was re-elected in 2022. In March 2025, Mr. Chien-Te Shen took over as the president. Since its founding, the association has strived for internationalization. It actively organizes member exhibitions, pastel workshops, art lectures, plein air painting events, and art exchanges to enhance members’ skills. From 2012 to 2020, the association held four International Pastel Artists Invitational Exhibitions, featuring outstanding works from artists in the United States, Canada, France, Spain, Italy, Poland, Russia, Israel, Japan, Singapore, China, Mauritius, and members of the association. These events have become significant gatherings for pastel art in Taiwan, drawing widespread attention in the art world. In addition to domestic exhibitions, since 2012, the association has co-organized the Taiwan-Japan Art Exchange Exhibition with the Japan Tansai (Light Color) Painting Association for 13 consecutive years. In June 2015, the first overseas exchange exhibition was held at the Shinagawa Citizens’ Gallery in Tokyo, and again in 2019 and 2024. From 2017 to 2025, the association was annually invited by Soki-kai to participate in its Soki Exhibition at the National Art Center, Tokyo, and its Autumn Soki Exhibition at the Tokyo Metropolitan Art Museum, where the association’s participation was highly praised. Looking ahead, the Pastel Association of Taiwan will continue to uphold its spirit of passion, proactivity, and excellence, strengthening its services to members, organizing exhibitions, and promoting pastel art so it may earn a greater presence in Taiwan’s fine art landscape.
- 台湾パステル画協会の紹介
台湾パステル画協会は、2010年5月1日に設立されました。その始まりは、国立台湾芸術教育館で開催された「教師パステル研修会」にさかのぼります。講師を務めた米国在住のパステル画家 張哲雄教授は、台湾におけるパステル画の創作が情報不足や人材の不足により十分に発展していないことを憂慮し、研修会に参加した教師やパステル愛好者、美術系学生に呼びかけ、「台湾パステル教師協会」を設立。初代理事長には張教授が就任しました。会の活動は、張教授の指導と前国立台湾芸術教育館の 呉祖勝館長 のご支援のもと、着実に展開されていきました。 2013年には、理事改選により 陳玲銖（ちん・れいしゅ）女史 が第2代理事長に就任し、張教授は創会名誉理事長となりました。会の名称も、より広く一般のパステル愛好者に門戸を開くため「台湾パステル画協会」へと改称され、内政部により正式に認可されました。その後、陳氏は2016年に第3代理事長として再任され、2019年3月には 蕭碧霜（しょう・へきそう）女史 が第4代理事長に就任。2022年には第5代理事長として再任され、2025年3月には 沈建徳（しん・けんとく）氏 が第6代理事長として会を引き継ぎました。 本協会は設立当初より「国際化」を目指し、国内における会員展、パステル講習会、美術講座、屋外写生会、作品交流会などを通じて、会員の画力向上を図ってきました。2012年から2020年までに4回開催された**「国際パステル画家招待展」**では、アメリカ、カナダ、フランス、スペイン、イタリア、ポーランド、ロシア、イスラエル、日本、シンガポール、中国本土、モーリシャスなど、世界各国の優れた画家と会員の作品が展示され、台湾美術界において大きな反響を呼びました。 また、2012年より日本淡彩画協会との共催による**「日台絵画交流展」を13年にわたり開催。2015年には、東京・品川区民ギャラリーにて初の海外交流展を開催し、2019年・2024年にも再び東京で開催されました。さらに2017年から2025年まで毎年、蒼騎会の招待を受け、東京国立新美術館での「蒼騎展」および東京都美術館での「秋季蒼騎展」**に出展し、高い評価を得ています。 今後も本協会は、情熱・積極性・完璧を求める姿勢を大切にし、会員サービスの充実と展覧会活動を通して、台湾におけるパステル画芸術の地位向上に尽力してまいります。
